The Monterey Institute of International Studies offers non-degree short programs in translation and interpretation (T&I). Designed as continuing education for working professionals, commonly offered short courses include: editing for translators online, website translation and localization, computer-assisted translation, training of trainers for the health care interpreting profession, conference terminology and procedures, and advanced techniques for court interpreters. The T&I short courses also offer an intensive, customized program for individuals looking for specific skill building. Every year new programs are offered. Earn ATA and CIMCE credits.
