This job offer requires you to live in the USA or Ireland. This role includes travel.


  • Business development, providing translation solutions to global enterprises.
  • Proactive development of existing and new customers in assigned territory
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers throughout the sales process and serve as a trusted advisor to your existing customer base 
  • Lead in-depth discussions about customer challenges and address customer business requirements. Must be able to pin down what challenges a company has and how our services may address their needs.
  • Lead and personally undertake sales activities from initial contact until sale closure. 
  • Prepare quotes together with other departments
  • Create and maintain records of activity and client/prospect notes in our CRM system (today Salesforce)
  • Create and develop international sales and client support programs.
  • Represent Star7 at client meetings and tradeshows.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify new opportunities and tasks.
  • Initiate and promote continuous improvement of procedures, processes, standards, and programs to gain cost-effectiveness

We are looking for:

  • A driven, motivated sales professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales with proven results.
  • Strong communicator, with excellent presentation and business writing skills.
  • A strategic sales mind and a solid negotiator, able to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Team player who is looking for win-win solutions and is fun to work with
  • Experience in consultative selling and ability to communicate the added business value of Star7 services.
  • Ability to solve problems and provide solutions to address client business needs.
  • Experience with CRMs, forecasting, and pipeline management. 
  • Self-motivated and results-driven team player.
  • An understanding of the translation, localization or content industry is an advantage.
