OmniLingua offers scholarship at Monterey Institute


OmniLingua Inc. has announced the creation of a $1,000 scholarship to be awarded annually to a student enrolled in the highly respected Monterey Institute of International Studies, Department of Translation and Interpretation. The OmniLingua Prize for Translation Excellence will be awarded in the spring to a student between the first and second years of his or her Master's degree program.

The new global entity is the culmination of a three-year alliance between the two companies. The blending of operational systems will allow the joint use of the OTIS system -- which stands for OmniLingua Translation and Information System -- an enterprise-class technology system designed to implement and manage a uniform workflow process for all clients.
