Shipping & Returns Policy
MultiLingual Media LLC., the publisher of MultiLingual magazine, offers the following policy for subscription cancellation or product returns.
Payment Terms
All prices are in US dollars and include shipping and taxes. Trial subscriptions are available one time per user. The available options are:
- Digital Subscription — 6 months for FREE
- Print + Digital Subscription (US only) — 6 months for $10
- Print + Digital Subscription (International, or rest of the world) — 6 months for $15
Automatic Renewal: After 6 months, subscriptions will automatically renew at the following rates:
- Digital Subscription — 12 months for $10
- Print + Digital Subscription (US only) — 12 months for $40
- Print + Digital Subscription (International, or rest of the world) — 12 months for $50
Subscriptions will continue until canceled. The payment method that is provided will be used for automatic renewals.
Shipping Policy
Subscriptions become active the moment payment is processed. If this is a week before the shipping date (see multilingual.com/calendar), subscribers will receive the upcoming issue. If not, subscriptions will be activated for the following issue.
Return Policy / Cancelation Policy
Subscribers may cancel at any time by contacting customer service. Subscribers who cancel are eligible to get a refund for the portion remaining on the subscription. If a cancelation is received less than a week before the shipping of a magazine issue, that issue will still be part of the paid term of the subscription. This means that We can not accept returns. The timely nature of magazine content means it loses its value soon after delivery. Postal returns are prone to significantly damaging the product. Therefore there is no value left in returned magazines. If cancelation was requested more than a week before the shipping of a magazine issue, and it was inadvertently shipped anyway, you may request an additional refund (if it was not provided already) and the wrongly shipping magazine issue may be disregarded and there will be no need for returning it.
