Keywords Studios COO steps down

Keywords Studios PLC (AIM:KWS, OTC:KYYWF) announced that Sonia Lashand Sedler has left her position as chief operating officer with immediate effect.

According to a statement, Sedler leaves the technical and creative services provider “due to personal circumstances”.

“I have really enjoyed my position in such a strong organisation with so much potential and I will be sad to leave,” said Sedler.

The company said it has strong leadership in place following the appointment of Bertrand Bodson last December as chief executive officer, who is “well supported” by the chief financial officer, Jon Hauck.

“With a strong and energized leadership team in place, we are well placed to continue to execute on our clear opportunities in the buoyant video games market, as we capitalize on the group’s unique full service platform powered by our incredibly talented team of Keywordians,” chairman Ross Graham said.

Sonia Sedler commented: “It is with great regret that I am leaving my position as Chief Operating Officer at Keywords Studios for personal reasons.
