Continuity between past and future
Anna Puleo has a background in Finance & Business Controlling, having worked in both large national and multinational companies. She joined Aglatech14 in 2020 as a Business Controller, at the request of Grassi, with whom she had already shared a long professional history. Today, she has taken on the leadership of the company and the Leadership Team, the internal body composed of the heads of various company departments: Sales, Marketing, Strategic Technology, Client Services, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. Within this all-female team, the Managers work closely together while each maintaining responsibility for their own team and the achievement of their goals.
With this new organizational structure, and in the year of its 10th anniversary since the Grassi family’s acquisition, Aglatech14 looks to the future with confidence and resilience. “We aim to expand into international markets, leveraging our expertise in translations and language services for the patent sector. Our shared goal is to solidify Aglatech14’s success as a well-structured SME with a modern approach, setting an example for other companies in the industry. We remain committed to values such as sustainability, gender equality, and inclusivity, which we strongly believe in,” stated Anna Puleo.
