With more than three decades of experience, Ofilingua has built a particularly strong position in Spain, providing translation, interpreting, and intercultural mediation services to public-sector clients, especially in areas related to state security forces and corps, defense, and the judicial system. The company has an extensive network of specialized professionals and collaborators, a solid operating and financial structure, and deep expertise in managing complex, high-volume language services that require a high degree of sensitivity and reliability.

Ofilingua closed the last fiscal year with revenue of more than €12 million and expects to grow that figure by approximately 20% in 2026, driven by new contracts awarded over the past year.

The transaction represents a strategic step forward for both companies. For Phoenix & Flag, it strengthens the firm’s operating capabilities in Spain and consolidates its position in the professional translation and interpreting sector. For Ofilingua, it opens a new chapter focused on international growth, diversification, and technology expansion, while preserving the company’s identity, team, and commitment to service quality.

A key element of the transaction has been ensuring continuity for Ofilingua’s business, team, and long-term project.
