Women in Localization Announces 2025 President and Board
Anna N. Schlegel continues as president, and Cecilia Maldonado returns as vice president. Returning board members include Allison McDougall, Madhu Sundaramurthy, Maria Jesus de Arriba Diaz, Winnie Heh, Olga Beregovaya, Jill Goldsberry, Olga Blasco, and Carrie Fischer.

The program aims to create a more inclusive environment at WL. Initiatives include opening new Chapters in underrepresented areas and reaching out to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
