Strengthening Capabilities in Technical Translations and Digital Integration
27 May 2025 – Comactiva has acquired Textforum in a strategic move that strengthens both companies’ positions within the translation market. This merger expands the range of services available to current and future clients, from market-tailored localization to large-scale handling of technical documentation.
Textforum is a full-service agency with specialized expertise in translating manuals and technical content, serving a solid client base in the manufacturing industry. The company has also developed an integration solution for clients using Optimizely as their CMS, enabling efficient translation workflows directly within the web platform.

As part of the transaction, the two previous owners—Cecilia Humbla and Michael Koch—will step away from operational duties but will become shareholders in Comactiva Holding AB. Linda Gårdlöv will take on the role of CEO for both Comactiva Language Partner and Textforum.
