Linguidoor, a Berlin-based translation and localization company, has announced the launch of Transzlate, a new business-to-consumer (B2C) platform offering certified translations of personal documents for individuals in Germany.
Until now, Linguidoor’s language services have been built primarily around enterprise and B2B clients, supporting global brands across more than 65 languages and 100 language pairs. Transzlate extends that same translation infrastructure to individual customers who need a single certified document translated quickly, rather than an ongoing localization partnership.
The platform is aimed at people navigating Germany’s official processes: immigrants and expats applying for residence permits or family reunification, international students submitting academic records through uni-assist, couples registering a marriage at the Standesamt, job seekers needing foreign qualifications recognized, and individuals converting a non-EU driving licence. All of these processes typically require a certified translation accepted by a German authority, court, embassy, or university.
Every translation on Transzlate is produced by a sworn, court-certified translator, with fixed pricing starting at €39.90 per document and standard delivery in three to four business days. Customers can upgrade to next-business-day or same-day delivery, and the platform offers a 100% acceptance guarantee, backed by a reported 99.8% first-attempt acceptance rate across authorities including the Ausländerbehörde, German courts, and Standesamt offices. The service is ISO 17100:2015 certified, with each translation passing through a second independent proofreading step before delivery.
At launch, Transzlate supports 21 document types, including birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas, criminal records, and medical records, across more than 50 language pairs, with customers able to upload documents and receive an instant fixed quote online before ordering.
“People shouldn’t need to be a business to get access to fast, reliable, and officially recognized translations,” the company noted. “With Transzlate, we’re applying the same quality standards our enterprise clients rely on to individuals who need a document translated and accepted the first time.”
