RWS, a content solutions company powered by technology and human expertise, today announces that AGCO Corporation has selected its linguistic AI solution Evolve to support its global customer support experience strategy.
Founded in 1990 and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, AGCO reported 2024 revenues of $11.7 billion. The company is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of agricultural machinery and precision ag technology. With customers in 140 markets, AGCO must ensure that farmers have access to the latest support information—in their own language—to operate equipment safely and extend its lifespan.
“Providing customers with the latest information and documentation in their own language is incredibly complex,” said Tim Lyon, Director of Global Shared Services, Customer Support at AGCO. “Thanks to RWS’s unique combination of AI technology and a broad network of linguistic experts, we’re able to confidently and securely scale our multilingual content operations while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.”
Evolve is currently used to localize all of AGCO’s technical documentation into 32 languages. Service and internal training content is also translated into 16 core languages, with new languages added each quarter. As a cornerstone of AGCO’s customer support strategy, Evolve helps deliver timely, localized technical content across all markets.
“We’re proud to support AGCO’s ambitious growth and localization goals with Evolve,” said Mark Lawyer, President of Regulated Industries & Linguistic AI at RWS. “AGCO’s adoption of Evolve highlights the impact of linguistic AI. By combining advanced AI with human expertise, we’re enabling AGCO to deliver high-quality multilingual content at scale and connect meaningfully with global audiences.”
Evolve, which integrates human and artificial intelligence, streamlines translation processes and accelerates delivery of high-quality results. The award-winning solution combines RWS’s language services, translation management system, neural machine translation, specialist-trained quality estimation, and a finely tuned private large language model. This integrated system continuously learns and improves, ensuring optimal translation outcomes for large volumes of multilingual content.
