The company name reflects Chrétiennot’s love for travel and global communication—and fittingly, it’s spelled the same in both French and English.
Gaëtan shares that the driving force behind Six Continents is a passion for language, technology, and people. While technology plays a key role in their workflows, it’s never at the expense of human relevance. For him, success comes from collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement—values that are deeply embedded in the company’s DNA. Every team member is encouraged to carve out their own role and grow with the company, which now includes 18 team members (including Gaëtan himself).
The conversation also touches on hiring. Six Continents is currently looking for a German native project coordinator to join their team on-site near Strasbourg. The preference for in-person roles stems from the company’s people-first mindset—they don’t just hire for a role, they hire for the person behind it. They’re looking for individuals who are proactive, positive, and eager to take ownership of their work.
