Thursday, October 6th, 2022. New York City, NY – KUDO Inc., the multilingual meeting SaaS company used globally to staff and facilitate virtual and hybrid multilingual meetings and events, announces a series of promotions within their senior global team, with Caroline Paranikas, Tzachi Levy, and Nitin Verma all stepping into new roles. This round of promotions comes off the heels of their latest announcement introducing the all-new platform-agnostic marketplace for booking on-demand professional interpreters.
“Talent and tenacity are two qualities that are necessary to possess in a fast-paced, global company like KUDO,” said Fardad Zabetian, CEO and co-founder of KUDO. “Caroline, Tzachi, and Nitin have made invaluable contributions to the KUDO team thus far. I’m excited to see them thrive in their new roles.”
As of October 2022, Caroline Paranikas will be promoted to the Chief People Officer position at KUDO. Caroline started at KUDO in April 2021, when she joined the team as General Counsel and shortly after added Head of People to her title. Caroline has contributed to many initiatives to connect and support KUDO’s global team, including a compassionate leave program, virtual team events, hub gatherings, and bi-weekly all-hands, which were overwhelmingly accepted across each department. She’s also looking forward to launching the first women-led KUDO Employee Resource Group. After more than 20 years of global transactional experience, what drew Caroline to KUDO was the diverse and multicultural team standing behind the company’s strong mission.
Tzachi Levy started his journey with KUDO in August 2021 as VP of Products. In just a few months, Tzachi took ownership of KUDO’s engineering, created a unified and mission-focused technology team, and created agile working processes staying close to client and market needs. As he steps into the role of Chief Product Officer, he brings more than 25 years of experience in the tech world, helping companies like VIdyo, Avaya Video, RADVISION, and Excel Switching with product management and strategy.
KUDO’s newest VP of Engineering is Nitin Verma, who started at KUDO in August 2020 as Director of Engineering. Nitin was instrumental in raising the stability of the KUDO application by 90% and has made valuable contributions to the KUDO Meeting platform and its features. Nitin has extensive experience in software, Web Application, and Web 2.0 design and development and has worked in senior engineering roles at companies like FortressIQ, The Climate Corporation, and ModCloth.
This latest round of senior-level promotions doubles down on KUDO’s commitment to fostering and encouraging career growth from within. Their people-first approach has led to a highly engaged and collaborative global team where everyone’s contributions are recognized and celebrated. They help international businesses and organizations with this same type of collaboration daily by eliminating language barriers and offering easy access to quality professional interpreters.
