Lion People Global Announces New Hires

Lion People Global, a leading growth solutions company helping CEOs, shareholders and investors achieve their end game through growth and exit strategies in the language services and language technology space, is proud to announce new hires and appointments in Q4 2023, with team members based in USA, Argentina, Ireland, Poland, Spain and Italy.

New hires include Caroline Williams as Director, Strategic Growth and Philippe Schifflers as Marketing Manager, both of whom have transitioned from XTM. Williams is a seasoned international growth professional with over 17 years of experience in the digital industry. Born with a unique binational and bicultural perspective, she has called Madrid, New York, Washington DC, Miami, Virginia, and Barcelona home. Her academic background in clinical psychology, coupled with a master’s degree in online marketing, drives her passion for corporate communications and international business. Schifflers is a highly experienced global marketing consultant with over 12 years in digital marketing management. His approach is grounded in Inbound Marketing best practices, featuring A/B testing, Lead Scoring, and KPI reporting. He has a strong track record of enhancing brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth for businesses of all sizes. His success stories involve increased brand visibility, quality lead generation, and client revenue growth.

New appointments for existing Lion People Global team members include Analía Cassano as Head of Recruitment and Ruth Tracey as Head of Talent and Community, Consultants Practice. While Cassano spearheads talent solutions integrating executive and contingency services, Tracey manages our expert consultants community and fractional teams solutions. Continuing in their roles are Senior Account Managers Amber Straka and Jagoda Krzyston, Justyna Molęda as Marketing Support and Administration Manager, and industry veterans Deborah Goldsmith, Director, Strategic Growth, and Olga Blasco, Principal Partner.
