CCI Group, an Orlando-based language services company, has been awarded a Sourcewell cooperative purchasing contract, becoming one of only 10 providers selected nationwide for this newly created category.
Sourcewell, one of North America’s largest cooperative purchasing organizations, created its first language services contract category, Accurate Language Services, in response to growing demand for language access in government services – from emergency response and public health to education and social services. The competitive selection process drew over 60 applicants from across the United States and Canada.

Sourcewell’s decision to create this category shows that language access has earned its place alongside essential services like IT, security, and emergency response.”
The contract enables more than 50,000 government agencies, educational institutions, and nonprofits across the United States and Canada to access CCI Group’s services in over 350 languages without conducting individual competitive bidding processes. This streamlines procurement cycles from months to weeks while ensuring compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and other language access requirements.
Founded in 2012, CCI Group has grown from court interpretation services into a full-service language solutions provider serving federal agencies, including FEMA, USAID, and USDA. The company holds SBA 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) certifications, along with a GSA Schedule contract.
“Our work responding to Hurricanes Irma and Ian with FEMA exposed critical gaps in how government entities access language services during emergencies,” Vega explained. “Cooperative purchasing addresses this challenge by pre-qualifying providers so agencies can mobilize language support immediately when communities need it most.”
Indy Vega, CCI Group’s President and CEO was named a 2024 MultiLingual Industry Influencer and received the 2022 SBA Small Business Person of the Year Award for Florida. Vega, a Colombian-American entrepreneur, founded the company after working as a practicing court interpreter and forensic linguist.
The Sourcewell contract has a five-year term with opportunities for renewal. Participating entities can access the contract immediately without additional procurement processes.
