Globalization Partners International (GPI) — a provider of AI- and human-powered website, software, and document translation services — announced two key promotions enhancing its Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Team and Language Technology Team.

Rabab Malek has been promoted to Director of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. She drives GPI’s comprehensive development and integration of our proprietary AI-Powered Translation Solutions and High-Impact Agentic Automations for Language Translation, Quality Assurance and Project Management. Rabab has worked with GPI for over ten years serving most recently as a Director of Language Technology Development, where she has been instrumental in a range of localization engineering and TMS/Connector platform development in support of high-profile client website localization projects.

Juan Fausd has been promoted to Director of Software Engineering. He has worked with GPI for over eight years, starting as a Global Application Developer and later being promoted to Director of Language Technology. He has been responsible for localization engineering on thousands of complex website translation projects and for the design and development of GPI’s Translation Portal, Globalization Project Management Suite (GPMS) and a range of website Translation Connectors being deployed by some of the most noted companies and organizations around the world.
